supervision

A natural or legal person with a valid university degree and a professional qualification or an engineering consulting services qualification certificate is qualified to oversee the practical implementation of construction works, including the method and quality of execution and the materials used. This supervision is based on approved construction drawings and in compliance with national building regulations, the publications of the country’s Management and Planning Organization, as well as other technical and safety regulations and guidelines. There are two types of supervision: resident supervision and superior (higher-level) supervision.
